1Overview

FoxTally ("the app," "we," "us") is a tally counter app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information, if any, the app collects, how it's used, and what choices you have.

2Information We Do Not Collect

FoxTally does not require an account, and does not collect:

• Personal identifiers — no name, email, or phone number is requested or stored.
• Usage analytics or tracking data — the app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Location data — FoxTally never accesses or requests your device location.
• Your tally counts or settings — these are stored locally on your device only, and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.

3Data Stored on Your Device

The counters, step-size preferences, and display settings (like dark/light mode) you configure in FoxTally are saved locally on your iPhone using standard iOS storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device or gets sent to any server we operate.
• Is included in your device's standard iOS/iCloud backup only if you have that enabled at the system level — FoxTally itself does not manage or access any backup or sync process.
• Is deleted automatically if you delete the app.

4Third-Party Services

FoxTally does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers. The only third party involved in your use of the app is Apple, via the App Store, which handles your purchase and app delivery under its own privacy practices.

5Children's Privacy

FoxTally does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user. The app is safe for general audiences for this reason.

6Changes to This Policy

If FoxTally's data practices ever change — for example, if a future update introduces optional cloud sync — this policy will be updated first, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that change. We won't introduce data collection silently.
